Need to Know
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment I can not offer international shipping, but look forward to offering beautiful glass across the seas sometime soon.
What are your payment options?
You can pay securely by card or via paypal.
What is your return policy?
I do accept returns and can offer refunds on items with the exception of personalised and bespoke items. I do not cover the cost of returning unwanted items.
What is your delivery policy?
All parcels are sent with Royal Mail either as a letterbox friendly or small parcel. Parcels usually take 3-4 working days (this is only an estimate based on Royal Mail service times and sometimes can take longer. Please do send me a message if an item is needed for a specific date or you are concerned about getting an item in time. I can arrange a delivery upgrade to a next day express service, if this is available.
