Thoughtful unique gifts
The Corbeau Press Story
Gifts with emotion
Bristol based artist Jessica Bartlett set up The Corbeau Press as an outlet for her creativity in 2017, from hand drawn cards it quickly evolved into her making exquisite and detailed hand engraved glass designs from her drawings. Glass engraving captured her imagination having always been fascinated by experimental drawing techniques since studying Fine Art at university.
The Corbeau Press gets its name from Jessica’s married name Corbet which originates from the French word for Crow. She has always loved the folklore surrounding these creatures and both feathers and birds are reoccurring themes in her work. It also felt right to honour the legacy and lineage of the family name.
The Corbeau Press now focuses on personal and meaningful gifts to act as markers for significant milestones. Whether it’s a memento for the passing of a loved one or a champagne glass to toast a happy couple, Jessica’s designs can help find the meaning when there aren’t the words to describe how you feel. As each design is hand engraved, they are unique one-off pieces that can be treasured.
